It all started….
Both chefs honed their culinary skills at the State Buildings with Pham on the team at Petition Kitchen and Bunraksa a former Long Chim chef. Their use of modern techniques shape their approach, while their flavour sensibilities blend tradition with creativity to deliver flavour packed food. Both are a part of the new wave of Asian chefs redefining their cuisines for Perth.
